Extract only the pages you need
Enter page numbers using commas and inclusive ranges. Choose one PDF for a combined selection or separate PDFs for individual pages. Page numbers refer to positions in the file, which may differ from printed page labels.
Worked example and checks
To keep the first three pages and page eight, enter 1-3, 8. To change their sequence, enter 8, 1-3. Inspect the output to ensure you have not included a cover sheet or another person’s information by mistake.
Why is a page range rejected?
Use positive page numbers within the document length and ascending ranges, such as 2-5. A range such as 5-2 is invalid. Password-protected or damaged PDFs may need an unlocked, valid copy from their source.
