Help us reproduce the problem

Include the tool name, browser and device, the settings you selected, the exact error message and approximate file size or page count. Explain what you expected and what happened. A small sample containing no personal information can be useful, but do not send private documents or signatures.

Try the steps in Help and troubleshooting. If an application portal rejects your file, include its published size and format requirements as text. MyDocPro cannot override the portal’s requirements or guarantee acceptance.
